When the truth comes out

The book is a raw and honest, autobiographical story about a life marked by adversity, misunderstandings, attempts to find a foothold in a world that strikes back time and time again. From the early school years, where nine years of bullying left deep traces, to a youth filled with failure and the feeling of not belonging – both in the family and in society.

Jesper – the book’s main character – takes us on a journey through gambling addiction, prison stays, broken dreams and destructive love. He tries to find meaning and hope in religion, stays abroad and new relationships – but each time the house of cards collapses.

This is the story of losing everything – slowly fighting back. A harsh but necessary book for those who dare to face reality.
